The cottage is next to the farm we live in at the small river Gein. It used to be a barn and now it is a luxurious house with everything you and your family need. A beautiful view and so close to everything Amsterdam has to offer.

Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, (one with a bath), a kitchen, large livingroom with a fireplace (gas) and television-dvd/player, apple tv.

There are restaurants and shops in walking distance.

Bike rental is around the corner.

We are very easy to reach by car and train. It is just a 10 minute walk to the railway station. From there it is only 15 minutes to reach the center of Amsterdam. There are also direct connections to Utrecht and Rotterdam. It is only 20 minutes from Amsterdam Schiphol AirPort by train.

Visit the Anne Frankhouse, the musea, the canals, the zoo, etc.

Abcoude is a beautiful small historical village in a typical dutch landscape. Artist were inspired to work here. Mondriaan, the artist, started painting in this area. There is a nice route you can follow to discover his art, also for kids. Well, we can go on and on 😊.
